Waste Station Service

Our Staff will come out a regular interval to replace the bag in the waste container and deposit the filled bag in your commercial dumpster. We can also haul away the waste for an additional fee.

In addition to removing and replacing the waste bag, we will also sanitize the poop bag station and optionally scoop the area around the poop bag station.

If needed we can do repairs and maintenance to the station itself.

This is a great option for hotels and apartment complexes that already have poop bag stations installed and are looking to allocate their staffing hours to more important tasks. We will ensure that your pet areas are well maintained.

We can also work with HOAs to maintain their common pet areas and pet waste stations.

Poop Bag Refill

Because poop bag refills vary from station to station, we invoice separately for bag refills on an as needed basis.

During each visit we will check the quantity of bags and replace the roll if there are no enough to last until the next service.

Waste Station Install

Whether its a pet friendly hotel, apartment, or a frequently visited commercial property, our staff can come out and install a pet waste station.

This is a good option if you are looking to upgrade your tenants experience, or just happen to be in a location where people seem to frequently leave their pet waste for one reason or another.

Having dedicated pet waste stations can be a great upsell for a pet friendly apartment complex or hotel.
